A simpler way to keep project notes

Good project notes help the next person pick up the work. We use a short page for each project: the problem, the decisions made, and the next action. Links to supporting documents live alongside the decision they support.

At the end of the week, we remove stale tasks and add a few sentences about what changed. That small habit makes handoffs easier without turning documentation into a second project.
